8 weeks | Group size: 8–12 participants | 90 min weekly The heart of The Pink Window Method®. The My Pink Window Method® is an 8-week healing journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the truth of who you are. Includes: Companion Journal In this 8-week group coaching experience, you’ll journey through: Week 1 & 2: Reveal — Helping you see the old stories and blocks that have kept you stuck. By bringing them into the light, you begin to loosen their hold and open yourself to new possibilities. Week 3 & 4: Regain — Reconnecting you to your worth, your essence, and your emotional stability. Through guided practices and reflection, you’ll reclaim your voice and strengthen the foundation of who you are. Week 5 & 6: Reinvent — Guiding you to imagine and embody your healed self. You’ll step into possibility, create empowering narratives, and begin living in alignment with your authentic identity. Week 7 & 8: Integration — Celebrating, releasing, and anchoring your healing for the long term. This stage helps you weave your breakthroughs into daily life, giving you a roadmap for wholeness and resilience.
