Self-Acceptance: Embracing Your Wholeness

In this interactive workshop we will: 


1. Examine and explore questions that will help us embrace and understand all aspects of ourselves.

2. Reflect and dig a little bit deeper into the positive transformations that come from accepting our whole selves. Specifically, body image, self-confidence, self-worth, boundaries, and personal and professional careers in general. 

3. We will engage in exercises and practices that can help us work on self-acceptance from all angles!

After this session, you will be closer to having more knowledge and a well-rounded perspective on self-acceptance and gain the ability to use these practices in your daily walk routine. 

What to bring:

1. An open mind.

2. Pen and paper for personal reflections and notes.

3. Make sure you are in a comfortable quiet space.
